The European Division of Caterpillar corporation, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, has over the last few months in organising a series of demonstration tours for this technically interesting new machine employs. And waste management world along was invited to try the machine – this will form the basis of product tests by Malcolm Bates.

Caterpillar corporation claimed a significant savings in both fuel consumption and a decrease in emissions from this machine if compared to machines with torque converter or hydrostatic Übertragungen.Klicken on the D7E the engine drives an electric generator and this provides power for the track drive and a different circuit to turn the machine hydraulics and electrical systems.

But it is the ability of the electric drive systems ' under load - lug, this is a heavy burden without an additional burden on the diesel engine, which is the main function of the design. This is considered as life, as well as provide a great advantage in improved engine of the machine operator by CAT, to work in a less stressful environment.

Trash compactor bags are fabulously rugged and hard to live without

A device which is used for the narrowing Recycle Bin or trash waste compactor called. When the engine in the press is turned on, it expresses the waste in the compactor. The garbage amount is reduced to fraction it was before the bags used for use exclusively in trash compactors are specialized. Use in together, most waste landfilled taken could be reused. By make different garbage bags compactor people are becoming aware, sanitation, and increase as a result of the standard of living for domestic people.

With you for recyclable waste, Earth is friendly, as more that recyclable recycle items in their compressed form, the less amounts of plastic used bags. Six compacted bags for a bag of 20 pounds in General make a trash compactor.Usually, the more time that it takes the Recycle Bin to fill, the better you customers have too don't use different categories of the dustbin, separation to make and some of the areas compactor to tractor for garbage, so that it slowly completes the capacity

The highest amount recyclable waste in a garbage bag compactor is dependent on the power of Compactor.Eine waste compactor crushed waste a compactor plate which compresses, Aeronautics and space between and within objects. The highest amount of force is 3500 pounds, which is used by the largest farms.

While trash compactor bags from various sources are available, you should sell the device manufacturer. She can be however ensures that your compactor ideally leads when you buy bags, waste compactor, recommended by the manufacturer of the device. Can the brand, part of the home decor make aimed most the bags can control cabinet trash compactors are built into. Normally, plastic or paper is the material used in this kind of bag. They are also available in different sizes and quantities, 15, 18 inches and packs, 55 per pack, 200 per pack etc.

A normal garbage bag is bag softer, then the trash compactor, because the compactor garbage bag is very difficult, as normal Müllsack.Wenn to make glass, it will more than likely the bag, damage that is so in your garbage compactor it not a good idea. Bags are not emptied as the trash compressor, not how many times it often proposed will also implement compactors food. Deodorizers are an option in some trash bags compressor. Durability varies until 19 months, 1 bag per week takes use of pack up to three years depending upon the number of items in the package.

Deodorized trash compressor bags are also available the SLIP-N-GRIP design compactor bag is a purpose-built compactor Müllsack.Diese bag is a patented method.MultiPage used different materials for each page: the smooth inside the bag can easily;Move waste.outside is rough to grab the compactor and prevents slipping bag during the Betriebs.Diese uses multi-laminate layers of special polyethylene material that resists tears and puncture and prevents leakages. The availability of all the different types of waste compactor bags discussed, the customer gave a large number of options to choose.

You will probably want some thoughts to the handicaps to geben.Wenn trash compactors were first introduced, it seemed to like a good idea that created human waste in area at least minimieren.Wenn about that, you do so much trash.By even worry it small and small make it heavier and larger.

In house bags are 2-4, compact in a trash bag where mostly used as these bags where is the waste in large quantities as commercial use out. While minimize the number of trips to the trashcan more convenient seems, must consider the length of time that sits the waste compactor, the potential to develop a smell and tear the possibility that excessive will compress the bag and require the dustbin several additional trips.

Choose the right the first Time … In landfill

The “New Economy”

With the recent economic downturn, even Waste has seen a hit. Granted, people are still throwing away garbage but they are not the “consumers” they were just two short years ago. And, with the housing market in the tank, there is a “New Economy” coming to all industries, even Waste.

>
>

What does the New Economy mean to the landfill? Now, and in the future, it is even more important to choose the right machine. Big or small. Versatile or single purpose.

Over the years and working with different landfills, we have seen companies choose the right machines and save substantial dollars over the life of the landfill.  Savings range from optimum machine utilization to lowered maintenance/service costs.  Savings can add up to millions.

So, what are your Buying questions?

What should landfill machine buyers be considering, you may ask?  Here are some of the things we ask customers…

Weather/Climate.  What is your annual rainfall?  How long is your rain season? Hot or cold climate?

  1. Waste Type.  What type of waste are you receiving?  MSW? C&D? Industrial? Combination of all?

  2. Application.  What is your jobsite like?  Are you working uphill, downhill or on the flat?

  3. Correct Configuration.  For dozers understand your track requirements, for compactors look at wheels and tips, and for both look at types of optional guarding and waste specific cooling systems. What type of blade will you need? Are you pushing trash or dirt?  Are you pushing a short distance or a long distance?

  4. Ease of Operation.  Do you want a high tech or simple machine?  What are the capabilities of your operator?

  5. Tons (tonnes) Received.  80% of daily trash comes in 30% of the workday, so don’t just look at tons per day.  When is the higher percentage of your trash coming in?  How is your trash transported to the landfill? Is it in 5-7 ton loads, 15-ton loads or semi trailer transfer loads?

  6. Multiple Tasks.  What is your annual budget?  Can you afford job specific machines or do you need a more versatile machine?  For example, can you afford a motor grader to maintain your haul roads or do you need a machine that can do production and site maintenance?

  7. Cover.  What are you going to use for cover?  What are your underfoot conditions like?  What are your haul roads like; can you use highway trucks?

  8. Priorities.  Understand that there may be trade offs as you make your machine selection.  For example, a machine bought for its versatility may not be as productive as you want it to be.

Sometimes when asking these questions, customers give us strange looks.  Then, when we explain why, customers understand we are making sure we put the right equipment in their landfill.  So just out of curiosity, do you look at all these factors in your machine buying decision?  Are there other questions you ask to make sure you spec the right machine?

Manage your Fleet--Promote a Life Cycle Management perspective

Life Cycle Management

A Different Perspective

There are many ways to analyze a problem before it decides whether a path to the decision. A method that has worked well in Caterpillar over is first understand the whole question ... get the big picture right; then, when we have convinced us we truly and deeply understand the big picture, break it down to its essential elements.  In modern language, the "eat the elephant one bite at a time."A big problem that we at Caterpillar stands with all the time, the price-our equipment is not cheap ... But then, it has never been our business plan to build cheap equipment; it has always been our plan to provide the best customer value.

>
>

The problem is that the price is a specific, finite things ... an absolutely-a number.People look at a number and relate it to something else, they already know and understand. My wife loves chocolate, and she has a tendency to analyze price as units of chocolate: "holy mackerel, I could buy a case of candy bars for the cost of new blender". My father-in-law is a golfers: "OK, let's see ... for the price of a new lawn trimmers when I could get a new set of irons ... and probably a new golf bag too."

It is a process of natural and human. We all do it; we take the finite things, number, and through a kind of internal, highly personal process we come with a value because numbers in and of itself has no importance.  It is only when we can compare them with something else, in context, that number has significance and in our case "customer value".

The big Picture

The chart at the top is how we analyze the ' big picture ' machine life cycle. When a customer purchases a machine or a fleet of machines, these are the five elements that must be managed to extract the most "value" from purchases. the five elements include selection, operations and Project Management, Repair & Maintenance Management, business management & Rebuild, resale, sales. An enormous work and energy, and analysis and negotiate goes in the front end of this process to arrive at a purchase price (a number).. perhaps disproportionately so.It is our assertion that the real payoff comes from the management of these five elements on the absolute best way possible to reach the best possible customer value.Introductory price is an event; lifecycle management is a process.Gold is in the process!

At this point, I am sure I have excluded the majority of the Auditors is reading this blog, but I will ask them to keep up with me a little longer, we will return to the numbers in a while For the moment, I have tried to describe the "Big picture" side of things in this concept of "customer value"; in the next few weeks, we have various leaders within our business expert on its territory and concise discuss each of the five elements set out in the equipment life cycle chart, one by one; I hope you will stick with us and make comments that can be incorporated into the discussion about the life cycle management ... the path to Customer value.

Before we bring the experts to share their knowledge of these five elements, takes time to send me a note to share their perspective of these five elements, how the management of the lifecycle, or what keeps you you night?
